El Zapata in Schonaich

The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The boss is so nice that he even carried the food into my car.

As always worth a visit. Great food and a relaxed atmosphere despite all precautionary measures. Hold on, we'll be back.

Was a guest at El Zapata in Schönaich on October 24th, 2020, had to wait a bit for our table, although reserved, but it was worth it. Friendly service, the food was great made us feel like friends.

Very friendly. It was the owner's birthday and even donated a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate the day. Gladly again

You can eat inside or outside. We chose to eat outside. The waitress was very nice and very helpful. The food was a little different from the Mexican food that I have had, was still very good. The food came pretty quickly. We enjoyed the food.

Unfortunately too long waiting time on Sunday evening. The food came after about 2 hours. Sure, it happens, but you can communicate in advance that it will take longer today.

Very nice service and a very cozy restaurant with rich food. Can also recommend it for family celebrations without a bad conscience.

The service is friendly and attentive, the food is good and you can tell that the boss is there with a lot of enthusiasm. E.g. With the spices and chillies. My only small point of criticism would be the price for the chicken crispers (maybe without a salad as a starter?) And maybe if the nachos were warm / hot. But that's "grumbling" at a high level. I would love to come back again. We were completely satisfied.

The selection of dishes is like in almost every other El Zapata. The service was nice and friendly. It feels better in Böblingen. If you don't want to go to El Zapata in Böblingen, you can also eat in Schönaich.

Amazing Mexican Restaurant!

Very nice place, the atmosphere is cozy and the service excellent. The food was delicious (Carne chili very hot!) And the cocktails were great (€ 6.50). The prices absolutely fair. At the end there was a tequila on the house. Price-performance tip top. Always happy at any time, absolute recommendation.
